    Features: The 2026 Kia Seltos brings in a completely refreshed set of features along with a fully revamped cabin layout inspired by Kia’s newer models like the EV6.     Engine: The 2026 Kia Seltos continues with three familiar engine choices, each catering to different types of buyers. The lineup starts with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine making 115 PS and 144 Nm, paired with either a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic. For those who want stronger performance, the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol unit delivers 160 PS and 253 Nm, and comes with either a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT. Diesel lovers can opt for the 1.5-litre diesel engine producing 116 PS and 250 Nm, available with both a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic.

    Rivals: The 2026 Kia Seltos steps into one of the toughest SUV segments in India, going up against key rivals like the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, Maruti Victoris, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Honda Elevate and the MG Astor. It will also face strong competition from the Tata Sierra and Tata Curvv, along with the German siblings, the Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun. Looking ahead, the upcoming 2026 Renault Duster and its Nissan counterpart, the Tekton, are expected to further intensify the competition.

    Engine: The Maruti Fronx gets three engine options: a 1.2-litre petrol engine that delivers 90 PS and 113 Nm, a 1.2-litre CNG powertrain putting out77.5 PS and 98.5 Nm and a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine developing 100 PS and 148 Nm. A 5-speed manual is offered as standard, while automatic options include a 5-speed AMT for the naturally aspirated petrol and a 6-speed torque converter for the turbo-petrol. The Maruti Fronx, with its 1.2-litre petrol engine, is claimed to offer a fuel efficiency of up to 21.79 kmpl with the manual and 22.89 kmpl with the AMT. The CNG variant of the powertrain delivers a claimed efficiency of 28.51 km/kg. Meanwhile, the 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine returns 21.5 kmpl with the manual and 20.01 kmpl with the automatic transmission. The subcompact crossover measures 3995 mm in length, 1765 mm in width and 1550 mm in height. It sits on a wheelbase of 2520 mm.

    Rivals: The Maruti Fronx rivals the likes of Tata Punch, Hyundai Exter, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Kia Sonet, Toyota Taisor, Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger.

    Variants: The Maruti Fronx is available in six broad trims: Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Delta+(O), Zeta and Alpha. The Fronx gets seven monotone colours: Celestial Blue, Arctic White, Splendid Silver, Grandeur Gray, Earthen Brown, Opulent Red and Bluish Black. You can also opt for dual-tone shades with either the Earthen Brown, Splendid Silver or Opulent Red paired with a Bluish Black Roof.
